I am a strategy and geopolitical risk adviser with over 15 years of experience across international business, corporate strategy, intelligence and international security.
 

Before founding ELSER Consulting in 2022, I spent nine years at a global cargo airline, where I served as Head of Strategy & Market Expertise. I led corporate strategy, market intelligence and geopolitical analysis across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the Americas, working directly with senior management and shareholders. My experience included leading a major strategic transformation programme alongside McKinsey & Company and working with UN agencies and international humanitarian organisations.
 

Earlier in my career, I worked at the PIR Center, a leading international security think tank, and was a Guest Researcher at the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI). I hold an MA in International Security from King’s College London, where I studied as a Chevening Scholar.
 

Today, through ELSER Consulting, I advise companies, law firms and senior decision-makers on corporate strategy, geopolitical and regulatory risk, market intelligence and complex international situations. My work includes strategic and corporate intelligence, due diligence, country and political risk analysis, scenario development, and support for international litigation and arbitration.
 

My focus is straightforward: helping clients understand how geopolitical, regulatory and market developments affect their business - and what they should do about it.
